I’m over 30, why can’t I enter the contests?
We’re really blessed and thankful that a wide variety of age groups are interested in the STEELROOTS brand, but our goal is to reach teens and young adults. That’s why we center the contests on that demographic.
How can I support STEELROOTS?
We’re glad you asked! You can always help STEELROOTS by spreading the word and posting web banners on your websites. Check-out any of the “Spread the Word” pages on our website to download show trailers, web banners, and Twitter or MySpace backgrounds.
To partner with STEELROOTS, please send an e-mail to info@steelroots.com.
The Uprising, Steelroots show, The Basement 360 or Countdown doesn’t come on at the same time anymore. Why?
Programming schedules and times are decided by the management of each network or station we air our programs on. We will try our best to keep you informed of these changes at Steelroots.com but due to those air schedule changes being out of our control it’s sometimes hard to keep update immediately.
The current networks we air on are INSP and INI. We encourage you to direct your suggestions and comments to them at the following e-mail addresses: info@insp.com (INSP) and info@inspiration.tv (INI). We ask that you send us a copy of that email to us at info@steelroots.com so we can follow up and make sure you voice is heard.
How do I stay connected to Steelroots?
There are a few easy ways to stay connected:
- 1) Visit our website frequently.
- 2) Sign up for our monthly newsletter and eblasts.
- 3) Connect with us on Facebook, MySpace and Twitter.
Does STEELROOTS do marketing, promotion, and/or distribution for artists?
Other than artists we choose to feature on our show(s), we do not market or promote specific artists or songs. We are always open to partnering with record labels on behalf of their artists and those inquiries can be directed to info@steelroots.com.
What is the submission process and requirements for music videos or artists to appear on Steelroots programming?
Ideally, we would like a DVD that features you performing, ministering and interacting with an audience. If not a DVD, a CD packet that includes pictures and a brief bio (including your testimony) should be sent to our producers. Use your good judgment when submitting videos; please keep in mind that not all videos will appeal to our demographic.
We are willing to go to YouTube, MySpace or other sources to view your performance, if absolutely necessary.
YOU MUST INCLUDE all music licensing information: performer(s), writers, publishing information, distribution company, length of each song, affiliations, record labels and production credits. Submissions lacking this important copyright information will NOT be reviewed. (These are legal requirements.)
Please submit your promotional kit to: info@steelroots.com or
